Une branche dissidente des Forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda (FDLR). Elle opère principalement dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et du Sud-Kivu en RDC. La FDLR-FOCA est impliquée dans des attaques contre les civils et des activités de trafic illicite.
A splinter wing of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR). It operates mainly in the provinces of North and South Kivu in the DRC. The FDLR-FOCA is implicated in attacks on civilians and illicit trafficking activities.
